increasing to 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 55 kt late this
evening and early morning, then becoming S with gusts up to 40 kt
late. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Rain this evening, then rain with isolated
tstms after midnight. Vsby 1 to 3 nm. 
.WED...SW winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. Seas 2 to
4 ft. Chance of showers in the morning. 
.WED NIGHT...W winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 15 to 20 kt
after midnight. Seas 2 to 4 ft.
